These Terms and Conditions are intended to keep Queensberry Gardens Wines® a safe place to buy wine.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated in September 2018.
Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18.
It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
By purchasing wine you are warranting that you are over 18 and are not a Minor, as defined by being under the age of 18.
All prices displayed on this site include GST. We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website.
However if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price.
If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.
Minimum order quantity
6 of 750ml bottles (your order can be mixed).
We insure our products up to the point where they are delivered to your address.
We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
Once you have placed an order on this website the order is final and cannot be cancelled without contacting a member of our team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Anywhere in the North Island please allow 3-5 days for delivery (add an additional day for rural delivery. Anywhere in the South Island please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Overseas destinations, please enquire re shipping email@example.com
Queensberry Gardens Wines® will undertake every endeavor to ensure that your wine is shipped to you as quickly as possible, and on the above timetable, but as Queensberry Gardens Wines® relies on third parties to undertake final delivery, an actual delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
If delivery is requested in time frames less than the above, please send an e-mail to Queensberry Gardens Wines® (firstname.lastname@example.org and Queensberry Gardens Wines® will undertake its best efforts to fulfil the order on the timeframe requested. Different delivery charges will apply.
Product and packing Guarantees exchange of goods and refunds
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive faulty wine we will replace it for you or credit your account.
No refunds shall be made once wine has been shipped, due to the logistical and risk issues of return shipping and responsibility for this.
The item I ordered did not arrive
Our couriers require a signature on delivery so we will be able to keep track of the progress of your order. If, for some reason, your order does not arrive then we will resend it as soon as we become aware of this.
